  1. I came across your site when researching the medieval Trussells with the aim of distinguishing which Sir William Trussell did what. You might be interested to know that the William buried in Westminster Abbey is not the one buried at Shottesbrooke. On behalf of Maidenhead Civic Society we opened the Shottesbrooke Church for Heritage Open Days in 2013 and have published an account of the C14th armorial glass once in the church and a history trail.

  3. Hello fellow Trussells. Wow,who knew there were so many of us and that our ancestors were so famous! This site has inspired me to look back at my family history as the Trussell lineage is coming to an end in my family.
